On Tuesday August 1st , from 4-7 pm, the Town of Tiburon and City of Belvedere will join forces and host a National Night Out community celebration at Zelinsky Park, behind the Belvedere Tiburon Library.
The event, celebrating it’s 40th year nationwide, is a chance for neighbors, community, and first responders to all come together and get to know one another, building a stronger and safer community. This year the event will feature live music, free tacos, a bounce house, and face painting for kids of all ages. First responders from The Tiburon Police Department, Tiburon Fire Protection, Belvedere Police Department, and the Southern Marin Fire Department will be in attendance with emergency vehicles on display and first responder therapy dogs will be there for pets and puppy kisses.
The band is Andrew Carriere and Friends – a blend of Cajun and Creole music – and is sure to be a lot of fun.
We encourage everyone to invite their friends and neighbors and come down and join us for this free community event!
