Guitarists Eric Schoenberg, Steve Baughman and Teja Gerken and are among the most acclaimed representatives the fingerstyle guitar genre, with each bringing a highly individual character to their music. Famous for his arrangements of ragtime music and covers of Beatles tunes, Tiburon’s own Eric Schoenberg has been recording since the 1960s. Steve Baughman is one of the world’s finest Celtic guitarists, and he applies his unique touch - often employing banjo-style “clawhammer” technique - to American old-time and fiddle tunes. Teja Gerken is known for fusing contemporary fingerstyle techniques with classical, jazz, and world music styles.
